Calculator inputs are processed in the visitor’s browser and are not intentionally stored by the calculator code.

The production site uses Google AdSense, which may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure advertising according to Google’s policies and visitor consent requirements.

Hosting providers and analytics tools may process IP addresses, browser information, pages viewed, and technical logs for security and performance.
Contact information
Information voluntarily sent by email is used to respond to the message and maintain appropriate records.
Sensitive information
Visitors should never send full account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or banking credentials through general contact channels.

Browser controls and applicable consent tools may allow visitors to manage cookies and advertising preferences.
Analytics consent
Optional analytics technologies load only after a visitor grants analytics consent. Necessary local browser storage may operate without analytics consent because it supports requested features such as saved debt plans, Academy progress, badges, and privacy preferences.
Analytics services
The production site may use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity after consent. These services may process technical information such as browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, interactions, and device information according to their respective policies.
Advertising consent
The current consent framework keeps advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization denied by default. Any future advertising implementation should be reviewed and disclosed before launch.
Changing preferences
Visitors can reopen Privacy Choices from the footer and change the optional analytics setting at any time.
Financial Recovery Centerâ„¢ data
The site stores assessment information in the visitor’s browser using local storage. PayOffMyBills does not currently transmit Financial Recovery Center™ assessment information to outside providers.
Optional provider connection
Assessment completion does not send information to a provider. Future referral functionality, if introduced, will require a separate request and clear authorization.
Financial Twinâ„¢ and Future Youâ„¢
Financial Twinâ„¢ profiles are fictional educational composites created from predefined models. Future Youâ„¢ projections use simplified assumptions and user-entered information. They do not represent actual users, testimonials, verified outcomes, guarantees, predictions, credit-score forecasts, or financial advice.
Optional first-party interest requests
The consolidation-options page offers an optional email interest request when the service is available. A submission contains your email address, chosen interest, submission time and a record of the permission text you accepted. It does not include calculator amounts, debt labels, APRs, credit scores, phone numbers or your assessment profile.
Records are stored outside the public website on our hosting account and are reviewed through authenticated hosting access. We use them to handle the requested email follow-up and document your permission. An operational notification may alert the site owner to a saved request without including your email or financial information. We do not currently share these requests with lenders or other providers, and the request does not subscribe you to general marketing or authorize calls.
A short-lived secure session cookie protects the form. Hashed rate-limit identifiers help prevent repeat submissions; ordinary hosting security logs may contain IP addresses. The form area is masked from optional session replay. Contact us using the Contact page to ask about access, correction or deletion of an inquiry. Do not email financial credentials or account numbers.
Interest measurement
With analytics permission, we record a fixed information choice and page placement, and a separate event after an inquiry is successfully saved. These events exclude email addresses, record references, calculator values and form contents. Analytics permission is separate from the email permission on the form. Information clicks are not loan applications or accepted leads.
